When everything's off, start with The Reset Plan! This single document covers signs you may need a reset as well as the 3-step process to getting back on track.

 

Please note that if the reset plan doesn't work, it is generally a sign that one-on-one support will be beneficial to uncover root causes and pivot. I recommend starting here and then scheduling support if sleep does not improve after 5-7 days.

 

If after 14 days you still feel you need more help, you will receive a $5 credit towards purchase of 1:1 support. Please be sure to book within 14 days of purchase to qualify. The credit is based on booking date, not the date of the first consultation call.
