Safe Sleep Essentials: Foundations for Restful Nights
This free course teaches you the basics of infant and toddler sleep. We cover optimal sleep environment, dressing your baby for sleep, safe sleep practices, safe bedsharing, the 4 types of sleepers (tank, observer, orchid, go with the flow), and when to seek help. This general overview is designed to take about 90 minutes and the foundation before you take any paid courses or book one-on-one consultations.

Age-Specific Add-Ons
These courses are smaller and stick to smaller age ranges. They are designed to take about half an hour to go through and include videos, articles, and stage-specific troubleshooting tips. These are to compliment the core mini courses.

Core Mini Courses
These courses are grouped into main concerns tired parents have. They are designed to take about an hour to go through and include videos, articles, quizzes, printable resources, and quick references for when the program is completed.
