Frequently Asked Questions

What age does your sleep support cover?
I work with families of babies, toddlers, and young children—typically from birth through age 5. If you’re unsure if your child’s situation fits, feel free to reach out before booking.
⸻
What makes your approach different?
My methods are gentle, child-led, and grounded in routine—not rigid schedules. I respect your child’s temperament and your parenting style. I won’t ask you to do anything that doesn’t feel right for your family.
⸻
Will I have to let my baby cry it out?
No. I never use cry-it-out methods or suggest leaving your child to cry without support. Some parents prefer to step outside for a few seconds while their child fusses and others are not okay with that at all! I’ll help you build a plan that balances sleep needs with secure attachment and connection.
⸻
How does booking work?
Once you purchase a consultation, you’ll receive a document outlining next steps, including an intake form and instructions for scheduling your call. After our consultation, you’ll get a personalized sleep plan and four weeks of email support.
⸻
Do you offer follow-up support?
Yes. Every full consultation includes email support, and you can purchase additional weeks if needed. I also offer shorter calls and PDF resources for quick guidance.
⸻
What if I try the plan and it doesn’t work?
Every child is different—but I’ll work closely with you to adjust the plan based on your child’s responses. Progress takes time, and I’m here to support you through the process. Please note that due to the nature of services, I do not offer refunds.
⸻
Are you certified?
Yes! I’m a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant through Little Dandelion Sleep Consulting, a program approved by the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants.
⸻
Do you offer gift cards or baby registry options?
Not yet, but it’s in the works! If you’d like to gift a consultation or PDF, just send me an email and I’d be happy to help.
