This free general sleep support document is a wonderful quick reference that includes general wake windows and sleep lengths for ages, when regressions happen and why, safe sleep practices, sleep environment information, and how to dress your baby for sleep. This is my basic reference that I use to build individualized plans off of.
Please note that each child is an individual and being outside of these ranges may be normal if the child is not fussy. Most children who I work with do fall outside of these ranges, so this is where data tracking helps to determine where your child is happiest. Additionally, sleep regressions typically occur when there is a lot of growth, so they are a positive thing! I include key tips to help your child get back on track during these periods.
