At Actually Simple Sleep, Brooke believes every family deserves calm, consistent rest without compromising connection. My purpose is to support tired parents through gentle, responsive sleep strategies that honor each child’s temperament and each family’s rhythm.

Brooke provides practical, personalized guidance rooted in routine, not rigid schedules. My goal is to help families move from exhaustion to peace with confidence and clarity. Through sleep education, compassionate support, and realistic solutions, I'm here to make better sleep feel actually simple.

Brooke has her Pediatric Sleep Consultant Certification through Little Dandelion Sleep Consulting, a program that is fully accredited and approved by the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants.

Working with Brooke was very easy. I went into this experience uneasy about sleep training after reading tons of things online. All the information and opinions online felt overwhelming and scary. During the first call Brooke was amazing with hearing my concerns and providing suggestions that respected my boundaries. She was able to meet me exactly where I was at and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I wasn’t 100% comfortable with. A lot of what I read and heard online from individuals that offer sleep support it seems as though they have strong opinions about the way it should happen as if each child will respond the same.
